This is the second time we have used Grant and once again we are extremely pleased with the service he provides. He is always friendly, professional and nothing is ever too much trouble for him. Our front door had become difficult to close and lock securely. Grant quickly identified the problem and resolved it promptly. The door now works perfectly again. We would highly recommend his services and will certainly use him again in the future

We had an emergency a couple of weeks ago when one of our indoor panes shattered completely. I called Windowfix in a panic and Grant picked up. He was so kind and even pulled over while driving to tell my husband and I what to do so that our kids would be safe. He came over a few days later, measured everything and then fitted a new pane absolutely perfectly. He also kindly tightened our door handle. Grant was unfailingly kind and polite and professional and I would recommend him to anyone and will certainly contact him again if we need any help with our windows.

Had a microchip catflap fitted into glass. Grant was honest, clearly v experienced and nice. Totally recommend

I had a few window panels that had blown and were causing condensation issues. Grant came very promptly, he was on time for the appointment, friendly and communicated everything very well. In all I had 3 glass units to replace and one to be replaced by an insulated panel. The external seals also needed complete replacement. The glass had to be ordered but Grant kept me updated throughout and on the day of installation he was very thorough, cleaned up behind himself and I am very happy with my new window. Would highly recommend.

This is the fourth maintenance/ repair / new fit job Grant has done for us and we are again delighted with the job. This was replacing misted units, replacing hinges and fitting new handles. The effect is no leaky units and windows looking like new. We unreservedly recommend Grant.
