  Anthony was efficient and neat . Replaced a window and serviced a door . We can now lock it easily for the first time in years . He took time to explain what he was doing and to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. One issue I had could have resulted in more money for them but Anthony pointed out that it was easy to fix ourselves. Honesty and looking out for customer’s wallets are rare and much appreciated. Will happily use their services again.

  Great service. Bi-fold had a damaged hinge - no problem for Windowgeeks. Great communication from Sarah in the office to the repair by Adam and Ant. Quoted price reasonable and workmanship was truly professional. Thanks guys.

  Paul , arrived looked at the issue of the door not locking, he sorted out by taking the glass panel off and reinstalling it correctly, Paul was very personal and professional and I would recommend him and Window Geeks as this is the 2nd time we have used them and on both occasions we have been delighted.

  Our daughters' bedroom was locked shut and wouldn't open. He had it fixed really quickly with a new handle and lock. Arrived on time, polite. Cannot fault the service. 5*

  Had to call over a front door lock that was not operating correctly,this was after they had fitted a new door handle. As previously my call was dealt with efficiently and politely by the staff member on the phone. She said I would be called back later with an appointment. This they did and an appointment made for next day. The engineer who called understood exactly my concerns and after trying everything he could and explaining my options I decided the safest option was to replace the barrel. This was done and have been trouble free since. Great company and great staff. Would highly recommend.
