No work carried out
Called at 15.54 to find out if the appointment at 3pm was running late. The call was answered with a “it’s checkatrade just go away” and the person answering the phone call continued to check whether somebody wanted a sausage, ignoring the fact that I was still on the phone waiting for them to answer the call.Verified reviewerJob location: RG4210 Posted 25 July 2020
Replacement of window handle and mechanism.
I could not open my window as it had jammed and the handle had broken, Steve came to have a look and explained what needed doing. As a part had to be ordered he had to come back at a later date and did not charge for the original visit. Communication was brilliant, I was kept up to date with the progress of the ordered part. Once the work had been carried out the window felt as good as new and there was no mess at all. Replaced misted glass in front window and re-secured door surround
Very helpful, friendly and genuine chap. No call out charge and he was able to visit at a time to suit me. Good communication with his office; Debbie was very helpful in keeping me informed. UPvc Window locked open and couldn't close it
Really lovely man! Came round after I called to fix a window I couldn't close he had it fixed in less than a minute with his expertise.
