Ty kept in contact from my posting the job, to his arriving on time and when he said he would. Very courteous and amicable, an was transparent right from the beginning -(although I said my windows were UPVC, they were in fact older aluminium ones). He and he colleague were able to fix them, and make them secure in lieu of our replacing the all windows at the front of house. We will look no further than the Windows Repair Team when that time comes.

They promptly came to give a quote, ordered the glass quickly and returned promptly to replace. Nice, tidy job with good communication. They even had a card reader to take payment. All so simple! Thanks guys!

Job quoted 3 weeks ago. Good price given including Vat and disposal. Agreed the quote and glass ordered to be ready week commencing 24 June. Ty and Mark fitted windows efficiently and tidily. They were pleasant and courteous throughout. I was happy with the job. Old windows taken away. Would recommend this team for fair prices and good work.

Ty came to quote for two windows, one blown and one shattered by a stone. He gave a competitive quote on 7 June , priced accurately and VAT explained on price. He ordered glass which took three weeks to make. He fitted it this morning. Arrived in good time. He and Mark took very little time installing the windows front and back. Everything was tidy and quickly done. Such a pleasant surprise compared to a previous glazier who gave a quote all in then added a further 75% for disposal of old window and VAT. I have no hesitation in recommending the team and have quotes for future work.

It took a while until they received the ordered glass, but when they received it,they act quickly and they changed it in 10-15 minutes...thank you again!
