The replacement of our conservatory roof was completed in one day but one of the large panes of glass shattered on installation. We had to wait 6 weeks for the free replacement which was fitted leaving hand prints across the high point of the glass. The first heavy rain storm and one of the smaller panes stated leaking … I called Dave Sobel many times before he agreed to come and fix the problem …quick fix with mastic. Did not work and now he refuses to come back despite the 8 year guarantee. He and his company are untrustworthy

Our complete conservatory was replaced in 1 day … one of the large panes of glass shattered though on fixing and we had to wait for a replacement ( 4 weeks) no problem with free replacement and we were given an 8 year guarantee … sadly one of the panes leaks when it rains do I called Dave who eventually came round and tried to fix the leak from inside and Mastik .. leaving handprints over the glass , reassuring me that if this did not work he would come back with his team …, it did not work and I cannot persuade him or anyone to come back … suggesting that the guarantee is worthless!

Needed advice regarding French door repair. David responded by return, arranged a day and time convenient to me. He arrived on time investigated and identified the problem. Quoted me the cost and could do it there and then. He repaired and sorted the problem with full explanation. I think it took longer than anticipated but the price was firm. He left everything clean and tidy. He reassured me all was fixed but if there were any problems to call and he would visit again to sort it out. I would highly recommend him.

We needed 7 pains of blown double glazed units including door pain replaced in the conservatory. David was very quick come around within 2 days took all the measurements and provided a very reasonable quote to replace the glass and gaskets. A few weeks later glass all fitted within 2 hours of arriving at the house. A excellent job left everything clean and tidy and disposed of old glass and gaskets. A great service highly recommend.
