One of their tradespeople came round to do a quote to repair balcony doors that wouldn't lock property and a window that would not close properly. I wasn't there but my 70 year old mother was. She checked he wouldn't be doing any work and it was just a quote as he brought in his tools. Mum made him a cup of tea and came back to him fixing the doors. This confused my mum who then offered to pay him, he said he didn't deal with the money and they would send an invoice. They did send an invoice and then a chaser for payment, obviously I told them where to go!

They were professional, friendly, reliable, and good quality. Would recommend them!
