Replacement of damaged double glazed lantern window
Gareth provides a service where he keeps you informed of progress with the order for materials and responds quickly to any queries. He is polite and professional in his manner showing respect for the property. All debris was cleared away. The unit was fitted carefully and well sealed. I am very pleased with the whole project from beginning to end
Replacement of hinges and lock damaged when window flew open in high wind
Within half an hour of speaking to the company and explaining what had happened, he arrived with replacement hinges and lock and completed the work in about 20 minutes. I could not have asked for anything better

Excellent. Supplied and fitted 8 windows repaired broken lock in less than a week from asking for a quote.
Replacement of misted double glazing panels
Excellent - would highly recommend. The job was replacement of misted up double glazing panels on two bedroom windows. Gareth was very punctual, easy to contact and the work was completed to a high standard. Very pleased with the end result and would definitely use this company again.
Complete replacement of double glazing, front door and French windows.
Gareth from Window Works was polite, replied quickly to my messages and completed the job when he said he would, for the agreed price. He provided advice on the pros/cons of installing trickle vents. Gareth was also flexible, working around my availability. The new windows and doors look great, and have reduced drafts and condensation throughout the house. I would recommend Window Works.
Fixing door mechanism
Gareth has previously replaced a window for us and was so efficient and reliable we contacted him again to fix our door. He's very good at staying in contact answering any queries. He carried out the works on very short notice and was as professional and reliable as last time. Would definitely recommend.
