The Team were very efficient from start to finish. Quotation appointment was made simply online and Adam attended on time and gave lots of information. Installation Team arrived promptly and immediately outlined what and where they would be starting and finishing each day. Super happy with products and finishing of new windows. The Team were very mindful when cutting out for French Doors (even knocked the neighbour to outline possible dust!) and used sheeting to protect furniture. Aftercare also impressive, only needed to mention a 'tweek' and had a visit the same day. Overall, brilliant!

Professional work completed to a high standard. Work was to replace glazing for 11 x bay windows on 2nd floor flat. Very pleased with quality of job carried out with minimum fuss and disruption. I would highly recommend Ky and his team.

Adam was really helpful and patient in the quotation stage, accommodating visits and was the most precise about measuring the windows out of all the companies we had visit. He was not pushy and gave a competitive quote first time. Dean, Tommy and Kai? were great guys, respectful and tidy. The fitting was really neat and tidy, with great attention to detail. What could have been a real mess in the plaster was left finished well with fresh, white trim. The caulk and sealant finishes were all really well finished. Any issues were dealt with promptly and kindly. Our home is transformed!

Adam made the whole process really easy from start to finish and always giving us informed at every stage. The fitters were great ,polite and tidy. Would definitely use again and recommend.
