  Replacement glass panel

  Called Windsor Windows after a break in. They had originally fitted the window and knew dimensions required . The office promptly provided a quote . Once accepted they acted quickly to secure the house once again . Process would have been quicker if we didn’t have to wait for insurance to agree ! Many thanks to them for resolving this issue

  Replacement front door

  Windsor Windows installed a composite front door for us in 2017. This had developed some cracks. I contacted Windsor Windows and supplied photos and they came and provided a replacement under warranty. Communication was quick and easy and the job was done tidily on the day. A pleasant experience!

  Every aspect of our dealings with Windsor Windows was very positive. From the very first visit to their showroom to the measurements and then fitting we found all staff to be friendly, efficient and communicative throughout. We would definitely recommend.

  Had new windows installed just over two years ago and encountered a couple of minor repairs, one of which was a new sealed unit as there was signs of water in the fitted one. Spoke to Emma who was very helpful indeed and with in a couple of weeks they were round to replace unit, fix a couple of windows that were catching and I also fitted a new frosted glass unit in the bathroom. Very happy with the quote, which was down to my bad choice in the first place and extremely happy with the work carried out under my guarantee with no quibbles. Would have no hesitation in recommending Windsor Glass.

  Replacement windows

  After recently moving to property in need of heavy renovation, we had Windsor Windows replace all windows and front door. They were very communicative and answered all questions and even installed ahead of schedule. Would recommend. FENSA certified.
