Flashing around the stack pipe incorrectly fitted since original build (1996)
Danny went onto the roof and Identified that the lead flashing was incorrectly installed. He asked if I wanted to have him fix it on the spot. He removed the surrounding roof tiles and manipulated the lead flashing into place, replaced the tiles and recemented the edge tiles. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently. Flat roof ‘repair’
Although they were initially polite and well organised the quality of the workmanship failed to live up to expectation - the leak was not improved and their use of interior grout on exterior tiles has washed away and created a ‘squelchy’ under layer. promises that they would come back and make good dwindled into radio silence.Verified reviewerJob location: GU310 Fascia / Soffits / Guttering

Repair to soffit

Replacing a corregated plastic roof on my carport
They told me their work was guaranteed got 10 years - it did not last 1 week. I asked for an invoice and receipt and they kept promising to email me. The never did. When the roof started leaking I telephoned them and they said they would come the next morning - they never did. I phoned several times always with the same result. In the end they did not answer my calls. I have several photos of their shoddy workmanship - Sheets of plastic simpley broken off, bent nails not replaced and covers missing from the nails which is what is causing the leak.Verified reviewerJob location: SL310 Pitched Roofing Repair

Roof Repair and Garden maintenance
Danny and his team were very professional and knew exactly what they were doing, they gave me an excellent quote in comparison to many! After finishing the roof I told them I was unsure with what to do with my garden, and they knew exactly what needed doing to freshen it up.
