  Although they were initially polite and well organised the quality of the workmanship failed to live up to expectation - the leak was not improved and their use of interior grout on exterior tiles has washed away and created a ‘squelchy’ under layer. promises that they would come back and make good dwindled into radio silence.

• Replacing a corregated plastic roof on my carport

  They told me their work was guaranteed got 10 years - it did not last 1 week. I asked for an invoice and receipt and they kept promising to email me. The never did. When the roof started leaking I telephoned them and they said they would come the next morning - they never did. I phoned several times always with the same result. In the end they did not answer my calls. I have several photos of their shoddy workmanship - Sheets of plastic simpley broken off, bent nails not replaced and covers missing from the nails which is what is causing the leak.

  Danny and his team were very professional and knew exactly what they were doing, they gave me an excellent quote in comparison to many! After finishing the roof I told them I was unsure with what to do with my garden, and they knew exactly what needed doing to freshen it up. They completed the job and left it spotless taking away all rubbish and leaving my roof and guttering looking better than ever and my garden perfect for the summer.Thanks again

• Replacing Chimney Cowl

  Existing cowl lost in recent stormy weather. Danny and his team inspected the problem from the roof rather than the ground as the other potential service providers. He provided photographs of the problem area and the necessary remedial work. Two days were lost due to extreme weather but he came on Saturday afternoon and fitted a new cowl and repaired the missing mortar.
