Arrived when they said they would, very knowledgeable and would definitely use again. We had no electricity at all and Mark saved the day!

Contacted Mark about installing electric underfloor heating. Communication quickly became very unprofessional. After I sent a simple “Hello?” while waiting for a reply, he accused me of being rude and claimed I had written “Are you there or not”, which I never did. Even after I asked him to check the messages, he continued insisting I had said something else. The tone became aggressive (all caps messages, “find someone else”, “we don’t need work”). Very strange and unnecessarily confrontational interaction. I would not feel comfortable hiring someone who communicates with customers like this.
