Mystery leak located. Whole floor needed to be taken up. Rotten joists replaced. Dehumidifiers to dry out dampness. Replastering and tiling in the bathroom and cellar. Redecorated.

Located source of long term leak, replaced floor, made brick steps on patio Retiled bathroom. Plastered walls in cellar which had been damaged by water. Replaced damaged joists. Removed all rubbish. Decorated.
