    Incompetence

    If I’d known the appalling sequence of events that lead after accepting a quote from Wirral Electrical Ltd. to undertake electrical work at our home, I would of stayed well clear and saved my money. Perhaps I should of seen a warning light when a firm, sends another person to do the work, and by his own admission was not suitably qualified to carry out the work, this was accompanied by his endless criticism of the person we thought was going to do the work, resulting in delays and mistakes then the owner asking us what his employee had been doing. Insinuating that he was incompetent

    Fuse box, bathroom extractor fan and kitchen cooker hood installation and venting

    Wirral electricals ltd proved to be excellent, after an accidental double booking which was dealt with really well, the electrician proceeded to exceed my expectations with quality of his work. He was steady and not flustered by the inevitable snags along the way. I would definitely recommend the company from booking to the finished job.

    New circuit board, multiple socket changes and additions, check of electrics, putting up chandeliers

    Excellent service. Polite, nothing too much trouble, respectful, clean, wore boot covers, gave advice, worked very hard. Did a great job. As a single woman I felt totally safe with Jack and Mitch working in my house, and will be calling them again when I need more work to be done on an extention. 100% happy
