9.5 kitchen,bathroom repair renovation in flat

I had recently purchased a 1 bed flat that needed a new kitchen fitted, kitchen floor repaired and flooring laid, bathroom decoration to include the whole bathroom to be wall panelled, and some bathroom repairs. I also had a new sliding door fitted in the kitchen. I was living away from the area whilst the works were carried out and always found Will easy to get hold of and communicate with as well as friendly and nothing to be too much trouble. From start to finish Will and his team were super thorough with making sure we had thought of everything we needed to do to create our vision. Arrived exactly when they said they would and finished within time period set! Considering we had a wall knocked down and no kitchen for a couple of weeks, they kept the house super clean and tidy every day (we have 2 small children). Will Birch came round and carried out the work he quoted for. He arrived early and stayed late to complete the jobs and tidied up after the work was complete. Ahead of our having new carpets fitted Will fixed the treads on the staircase which were squeaky. On the day he phoned to advise us that he was running late, which was really helpful to know. Will's communication was great from the outset. He kept in contact and was friendly and reliable throughout the job. The work involved a plumbing, electrics and some unseen works. Will kept us up to speed about what he was doing and checked in regularly with us to make sure we were happy with the bespoke parts of the job. He and his team took pride in their work, completed the job to a high spec without rushing things and treated us and our property with respect. Will provided us with a quote and recommended a local flooring shop to provide high quality and affordable flooring. Over 2 days he lifted up our carpet and tiles, levelled the uneven flooring in our new build and installed the LVT flooring across the hallway, lounge and kitchen.
