Will Norman of WKN Electrical Services came to my house on time to replace the old Fuse Box and installed additional socket in the kitchen. This was a part of the kitchen refurbishment. He also checked all the other sockets to make sure they are safe. He was thorough, tidy, honest and I will use him again.

William responded to our job almost instantly which was a welcome breath of fresh air. He came to see the issue within a day or so, diagnosed the issue and booked to come back to complete it. The quote was brilliant and the work was exceptional. Solved both problems in one swoop and the nicest person we have met in ages!! Thank you William!

William started well but soon the reviews noting poor comms and ghosting came to light in this job unfortunately. The LED lights were replaced but after being told he was returning for the fan multiple times he’s now ghosted me. I could’ve got this job fixed by someone else ages ago and now I have guests. What a mess
