William responded almost immediately to my job posting, and provided a reasonable quote on par with several others received. He responded promptly to all additional questions I had about the job and his working which was reassuring. William communicated his expected arrival time on the day and was thorough in his work, not just checking and resolving the primary issue (a new induction hob installation that wasn’t working), but also identifying and resolving some other items found during his investigation, all within the original quote. We’d definitely recommend William.

Booked William to replace an old fuse box while I was away on holiday. He lined everything up perfectly to arrive first thing in the morning on the day after I got back.
