Winston told we needed a new expansion vessel to resolve some pressure issues. We were told he would price up the part and get back to us with a quote. No response after a week, so I sent a whatsapp asking for the quote he promised. The message was read.
Four weeks have gone by with no contact at all, so we've found another company to do it.
We have no idea why we've been ignored after being told this boiler repair needed to be done.
