    I have no hesitation in highly recommending Winston from WK Plumbing & Heating. We needed a gas fire removed and capped off and we were kept informed throughout the whole process. Excellent communication, very clean and tidy workmanship and exceptionally punctual. We will definitely be calling on Winston again AAA***

    Boiler service, but repair not done.

    There were no issues with the boiler service we booked, which went smoothly. Winston told we needed a new expansion vessel to resolve some pressure issues. We were told he would price up the part and get back to us with a quote. No response after a week, so I sent a whatsapp asking for the quote he promised. The message was read. Four weeks have gone by with no contact at all, so we've found another company to do it. We have no idea why we've been ignored after being told this boiler repair needed to be done.

    My go-to company

    Winston has fitted 2 new boilers for me in the last couple of months ( replacing very old ones). He arrived on time, completed the job efficiently and left the place spotless, maybe cleaner than when he arrived! He is clear about what the work entails, and asks what you want as the customer if he comes across a snag. He brings a smile and a friendly attitude which is the cherry on the cake for me.
