  Winston arrived on time, he was polite and professional. After assessing the job, he drove to Screwfix to collect a part that he didn't have in the van. As requested he removed the leaking radiator and capped off the pipes. Winston took the faulty radiator with him which saved me the hassle of getting rid of it. He did an excellent job and I highly recommend him.

• New boiler fitting

  The boiler in our new (very old) house conked out late on a Thursday evening. Called Winston that night and he was able to attend the property the next evening to check it out. Unfortunately we needed a completely new boiler as the old one turned out to be ancient and not worth repairing. Winston was able to fit the new boiler and get rid of the old one the very next day. He returned on Sunday to commission the new boiler and we were up and running! Thank you so much for helping us out at such short notice. Great to chat to, very polite and kind. Winston really knows his stuff, 100% recommend!
