From initial contact to installation, the service provided was excellent. Budget costs were provided, followed by a survey where options and a firm quotation were provided. From quotation acceptance to delivery and installation was only 2 weeks. The 2 chaps (I have already forgot their names) who came to do the work were courteous and worked quickly and tidily. Whole experience was very positive from originally speaking to Cheryl, home visit and quotation details from Lee, arranging payment with Lucy and finally installation. I cannot remember the names of the two smashing fitters who did a great job. Installation was very efficient, they arrived on time, cleared away everything before they left and explained how to maintain the door. This new door system replaced a broken up/over and has made access into my garage so much easier. Thank you to Andrew and his team, I would happily recommend using WM Garage Doors to anyone. Lee visited us on Saturday to measure and give a quote for a new garage door. We were happy with the information he gave us and the quotation. We have emailed him to confirm that we'd like to go ahead with the Seceuroglide garage door. His quote included taking our old garage door etc away.
