I cannot express how impressed I was with Chris. He came to my property outside normal working hours in less than 24 hours after my initial request. He arrived exactly at the time he advised and was very honest and informative. The job was done quickly and at a very good price compared to other quotes we had got. One look at the serious bit of kit in the back of his van and you know you are dealing with a specialist pro. Turned out blockage of sewer pipe was not on my property - lifting the manhole revealed it had acted as a sceptic tank full to brim of raw sewage! I have spent a lifetime in construction involving many main drainage schemes, so I have some knowledge. Chris is absolutely excellent. He knows his job thoroughly, is efficient, pleasant and honourable. His work is great. What more could you want. We cannot praise Chris highly enough. He is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about his work. He explained what repairs he thought would be most effective for us very clearly. He didn’t just come and do a quick repair (though he did work very efficiently!) to get paid and move on. He genuinely thought about the best option. Buying a new house or building we also carry out Drain CCTV surveys as not all buildings inspections will check the drainage for any issues with CCTV.
We offer 24-hour call-out services for when you really need us and are also available for less urgent projects.
We have been established now for over 20 years and hold over 30 years' experience in the trade. On top of that our plumbing services are provided by a fully qualified and certified plumber!
