This involved the removal of a 2.2m load bearing wall and installation of of an RSJ. The building work was fine and the plastering was good. The electrical work which involved relocating two sockets and a light switch was very poor and the electrician we used for the kitchen installation had to to quite a lot of remdial work to make it safe. Whilst you expect a lot of dust, they were very messy compared to the previous builder we used. They promised to send pictures of the pink fire proof plasterboard around the RSJ to Building control but this never happened.

Really good job by John and his team - he completed the work (including some roofing work) to a high standard in a day in a professional manner, and was very courteous to us and our neighbours. Would absolutely use him again.
