Initially said they would come to my address for the work (admittedly a little out of their usual area, hence why I checked), wasn't available for 10 days for a site visit, then cancelled twice. 1st cancellation was the night before, 2nd cancellation was with <1hr's notice. I had taken annual leave and rescheduled plans. I am thoroughly disappointed at this poor communication and complete lack of professionalism. I hope they don't treat anyone else this way.

Thank you for your feedback, I am sorry that you feel this way, however I would like to address the above review. I appreciate the first delay was the night before but something came up which I couldn't move so I had to let you know, which I did.
I then made a decision to cancel the appointment as I was unaware until the last minute about the ULEZ restrictions and charges, I also made a decision based on no on street parking.
I decided that all of this wasn't viable for my business.
I apologise for the late notice.
I do want to emphasize that no payment or oficial agreement of the work was arranged, this was just for a site visit to check the work and location.
