Waste of time, do not use!!! They came out to give a ‘no obligation quote’ and gave 2 options - £220 for 2 visits or £300 unlimited visits and 2 year guarantee, we said we would go with that option. All they did was check the kitchen (no other rooms), lay a few traps and powder and took £130 (they would have taken the full £300 if we had it) to not return again or respond to communication. Job location: L18I will sing to the heavens about how fantastic Wolcroft is!! Like other reviewers I’ve had the council out (twice) for a rat issue, the difference with Wolcroft is like night and day. I had a nosey watching them work, they got straight to doing the job, no dilly-dallying. they actually investigated the cause to prevent the rats from ever returning. These guys are like detectives how they work!! Kept me informed the whole way, showing me everything they were doing. I couldn’t be more impressed. 11/10 - thank you!!
