Neil provided a 10/10 service. He was efficient in providing a quote, managing the electricians and plumbers and dealing with howdens when a couple of issues occured with the delivery. When installing the kitchen and problems arose, he was quick to offer solutions. I would highly recommend him.

Neil did a fantastic job of replacing my 1980's stair banister planks with cool new spindles and a new banister. Work was carried professionally, tidily, and I am very happy with the quality result. Would recommend.

Fresh on the heels of the garden gate project we had Neil back to replace two fence posts and sand down and revarnish the passageway floor between the back and front doors. The floor needed doing due to damage sustained by the front door dropping and scratching the floor and the back door leaking. Neil had previously rehung the front door and replaced the back door. The floor now looks as good as new. Thank you Neil.

We have relied on Neil for all manner of joinery projects for many years. After a while there is a tendency to forget just how good he is. The “gulf” between Neil and other carpentry providers was highlighted recently. In September a vehicle delivering to a neighbour caught fire, crashed into our property and set fire to our fences and garden gate. The repair work undertaken by the insurer’s contractor was, frankly, appalling. Following a review by the insurers we were asked if we knew a local carpenter who could do a better job. Neil quoted, got the job and did it superbly well.

Neil did a superb job at short notice changing our stairs and balustrades for something more child safe. He turned up on time, was very reasonable with his quote and offered a choice of fixings to suit our house. We will absolutely use him again when it comes to changing our doors in a few months. Would thoroughly recommend.
