It all started off great, they got in touch with us really quick, got someone sent over to do the job the same day we called. They fitted our carpet, all was good with that. Unfortunately, while they did this, they accidentally damaged our door, resulting in a big crack. They apologised, took our door off the wall and said they will get us a new door ASAP. This was in December. Now, 6 months later, after numerous attempts at contacting them, we are still without a door. Every time we call, they give us excuses. We’ve given up trying to contact them now and won’t use them again.

Very courteous team. Worked hard to ensure completed on time. Wish them every success in the future. Ryan is very enthusiastic and has plans to develop his business - I think he will do well.

Ryan and his team turned up on time very honest, polite, friendly and hardworking bunch of lads cracked on with the job and made sure the job was done to perfection. Before leaving they had made sure I was happy with everything aswell. Took a bit longer than anticipated due to a couple of hitches but good end result. Ryan and Carl came to work out of usual hours to get the job done faster.

Ryan responded very quickly when we asked for a quote. He was very helpful, always available and happy to talk us through the options. Ryan and his workers were very polite, hardworking and did a great job fitting the fence. We'd definitely use Wooden Haven again. Excellent service.
