  New bathroom and upgraded boiler

  I recently had the pleasure of working with Gary and the Wood Flame team, and I couldn't be more impressed with the results. They installed a new bathroom and upgraded my boiler to improve the water temperature, and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. Gary and his team were incredibly professional, punctual, and attentive to every detail. They worked efficiently, and the quality of their work is outstanding. My new bathroom looks fantastic, and the water temperature is now perfect thanks to the new boiler. The team went above and beyond to ensure everything was completed

  Boiler and Gas leak

  I had a gas leak in my home , got a lot of extortionate quotes from various contractors locally, then tried Woodflame , luckily, as most of the other companies thought of a number and doubled it I think, instead of digging up my floor to replace the pipes which would more than treble the cost , Gary at Woodflame suggested a much more economical option, barring in mind I’d told him about what the other companies suggested, exceptional workmanship, and care taken, then had them back to fit a Combi Boiler a few weeks later at a fraction of the cost I’d been quoted.   Bathroom refurbishment.

  I have recently had my bathroom refurbished by the Woodflame team. I am not one to write reviews however I am so impressed with the work that I have too. From the beginning and speaking with the fantastic project manager, admin team, and on site team, it has been a breath of fresh air. They are quick to respond and explain everything in detail so that I did not have many questions. My bathroom was dull and dated and now is a tranquil beautiful place to relax. We have gorgeous new tiles which we were allowed to choose ourselves. Done waste time going anywhere else! Thank you Woodflame

  No work carried out

  Second time Gary Wood didn’t turn up. He was recommended by Alpha boilers on their one off service fee. He wasted our time and kept us an extra 5 days without heat or hot water. He evaded taking calls from us over a weekend even though he knew our boiler had been shut down due to leaking carbon monoxide. He didn’t suggest he couldn’t take the job on just kept making appointments and not turning up. Shame on him. Suggest his association with check a trade is looked into.
