  New-build home constructed

  Woodhart constructed a new-build, architect-designed house for us and were absolutely fantastic throughout the process. They were extremely transparent regarding costs, the quality of their workmanship was extremely good and they were extremely approachable and responsive. We would thoroughly recommend them.

  Complete renovation of 1920s house plus extension and dormer

  We chose Woodhart because of their reputation and have not been disappointed. We knew they would not be the cheapest but wanted everything coordinated by a professional team. This was a major renovation requiring some re-building, new building and completely new plumbing, electrics, roof, plastering plus construction of a large extension and dormer. The work took just over 8 months. Our allocated project manager kept us informed at every stage and was very helpful especially when we encountered the usual unexpected issues. Their background in carpentry ensured that the works were perfect.

  Single storey rear extension with internal changes.

  Extremely professional from start to finish. Very upfront about the whole project including timings and kept to these. Fantastic project manager, always contactable and approachable. Managed various unforeseeable problems impeccably and calmly with complete transparency. Flexible about added extras and still managed to keep to the schedule. Felt reassured at every stage. Maybe not the cheapest but definitely the most professional builders I have worked with. Overall a very good experience, I would highly recommend Woodhart.

  House extension, reordering and garage renovation

  I think at the heart of the Woodhart business is a commitment to quality work and a genuine focus on getting things right for the customer. At the end of the day we got a great result in our project despite a lot of tricky construction challenges. When I had run out of energy to keep driving the process I really appreciated that the team kept the standards up to the end. Of course through the process (it was a 6 month project) there were a few chaotic moments and at times they could have been better coordinated or neater around the site. However they always took responsibility to rectify.
