  Whole process has been excellent, from quote, via customer service to the installation. The installers were timely, friendly, tidy and did a good job. There was a small issue initially, which they came back the next day and fixed.

  From start to finish Woodland were superb. Professional at all times, they kept us informed, turned up on time, and Richard and Sam did an excellent job in replacing our original sash windows. They took all the old materials away and left everything clean and tidy at the end of each day. This is the third time we have used Woodland and it will not be our last - they can always be relied upon to provide sound advice, do a wonderful job and provide excellent service.

• A regretful experience

  New window is white but doesn't match existing others that are off white. Surveyor even took photos to match existing design, size, handles etc. Post installation, I called and spoke to co owner. He said the quote states white (unless we specifically give existing colour). I asked, as they match design and handles, does it not make sense to check colour too, he would not confirm if "experienced" surveyor asks this as standard. Technically our oversight, but zero aftercare, not even offered 2 repaint at cost to us. I got impression from one fitter, not first time this happened. Poor

  Woodland have been first class in every way. Very helpful, thoughtful and informative in the advice, design and planning stage. Clear, efficient communication throughout in a considerate kindly and human way - felt like we were dealing with real craftsmen and intelligent, pleasant individuals; never any corporate nonsense. Richard, the carpenter who led the installation, did a superb job and was a delight to deal with. And the final result is outstanding. We are absolutely delighted with the whole process and would certainly use Woodland again like a shot. Very highly recommended.
