  Sash cord replaced, cracked glass planes fixed, and rotten door sill replaced.

  We had a really good experience with Frantzesco at Woodlark Restoration, who came to fix a broken sash cord, as well as repair two broken window panes and a rotten door sill. He was extremely knowledgeable, accommodating, efficient, on time, clean, courteous, and took a lot of care in his work. We are beyond pleased with the end results and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of window repairs. Services were above and beyond.

  Renovating all the sash windows

  My windows are like new! The work is outstanding! All the windows fit perfectly and move smoothly. Frantzesco is a true craftsman- he is also entirely trust worthy, he had a key and let himself in when we weren’t there and is a pleasure to have in the home. I can’t recommend he highly enough.

  Problem with sash window

  Francesco was able to come out promptly to assess a problem with our sash window. He was able to advise and fix regarding the initial problem immediately, and discuss future work which will be required. He was knowledgeable, informative and personable regarding the options available. We will certainly use his company in the future.

  Frantzesco was very polite, communicative, informative and tidy. We would happily use him again for any further work on our house. The job took a bit longer than expected, but he communicated this clearly and still made sure everything was finished to a very high standard.

  Sash window restoration with secondary glazing

  Frantzesco did a wonderful job on our windows. We felt confident we were in good hands and he took care to update us on progress. We are very happy with the outcome. The secondary glazing is discreet and has made such a difference this winter. Well worth the investment.

  Window Restoration

  The wooden sash windows and exterior sills on the rear of our Grade 2 retail property were in poor condition with flaking paint, rotting wood and joint failures. Frantzesco repaired and restored everything splicing in new wood where required and filling cracks with resin before decorating with permeable paint. Six months later everything is still in perfect condition. We were very pleased with his communication, cleanliness and standard of work. We would happily use his services again.
