After a substantial leak in the kitchen which Chris found, we had to replace the kitchen, bathroom, hall and sitting room floors, The kitchen and bathroom all had to be removed, floor replaced and both rooms reinstated. As always Woodlea carried out the work to an excellent standard. Chris at Woodlea is our "Go To" man when we have a problem, we have 53 flats to look after. He always finds the leak and is excellent at his craft, kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, Chris does it.

There had been a long term undetected leak from pipes under the bath, Woodlea identified the problem. The bathroom had to be completely stripped out and the floor removed. Floor was replaced and the bathroom re-instated to a very high standard. What we finished with was to a far higher standard than we started with. Excellent work throughout.

This is the second time Chris has carried out work for us and I would not hesitate to use his company in the future. Pre-work communication is excellent as is his punctuality and professionalism. Chris removed/renewed sealant along the kitchen worktops - all work to a very high standard.

Following a long term leak from a washing machine, Chris found the leak, isolated the pipes, removed the seriously damaged floor in the cupboard and the hall, stripped off a damaged wall, replaced the wall and all the flooring. Excellent job as always
