Called Grant on Thursday as we had a wasp nest in our trees and he came out early Saturday morning. Within that time he rang me Friday evening to say he would be around between 8 - 9am then he called Saturday morning saying he was on his way. He was thoroughly professional/ friendly and explained what he was going to do and what to look out for after he had got rid of the nest. Grant was true to his word, and arrived promptly the next day after a call to explain the problem the evening before. Grant couldn’t have been more helpful and went above and beyond by removing the logs, finding and treating the nest as well as taking it away afterwards. He also put the logs back on the log pile afterwards.
