Rats in our compost heap
Excellent service from start to finish. We had a rat problem in our compost heap, and Grant was very knowledgeable and professional. He quickly identified the issue and dealt with it efficiently. Genuinely honest and brilliant service.
I can't say strongly enough how professional and swiftly Grant dealt with the issue that we had with both squirrels and mice. He treated the problem over 3 visits and each time he arrived promptly and when he said he would, giving us a quick call when he was close by. There were scratching noises coming from inside the wall cavity of the lounge.
What can I say! There are no more critters - of any sort - having a party at my expense 🤣 Do not hesitate to call Grant. Knows his stuff and saved me from bigger issues ( like rodents chewing the electric wiring. Very professional and reliable. Great service

Excellent Service & Great End Result
We could hear scratching noises at night and called Woodrush to have a look for us A very pleasant, well mannered person called round and done a full survey of the loft and exterior building to identify possible entry points for rodents Put in 3 traps in the loft which captured a squirrel and rather large rat I called Woodrush and said the traps had 2 out of 3 success and they came round to remove the rodents Reinstalled the traps and left for 2 weeks with nothing more being caught I would highly recommend Woodrush for your concerns on pest control you will not be disappointed in anyway 👍 �Verified reviewerJob location: RG12
