Garden completely redesigned
A complete refurbishment of our garden was completed on time, to cost and to a very high standard. This included fitting an Electric Awning I'd purchased myself, plus fitting fake grass, new fences and new patio as well. Hallway renovations.
They blocked up an existing doorway into our living room and created a new one elsewhere. This involved removing radiators, relocating electrical sockets etc. The hallway was retiled with underfloor heating and spots removed and chandeliers installed, along with ceiling roses. Utility and bathroom spots were changed to LEDs and silent fans installed. Externally, they created flower beds at the front and rear, enabling trees to be planted. New kitchen fitted, laminate flooring fitted throughout, bathroom decorated.

Take old kitchen out and replace with new bathroom, put a stud wall up into 2 rooms to make 2 separate rooms.

New fitted wardrobe, removal of electric fire unit, fitting of wall lights, painting and finishing of room.
