Brilliant experiance with Tristan and team at Woodtec. We engaged them to remove an internal wall at our property, install a steel beam and column, brick up a doorway and plaster all surfaces. He turned up perfectly on time every morning and left the job site tidy at the end of every day. Friendly, polite and a great communicator, talking us through the work process and also with building control. Everything was smooth and efficient with Tristan handling materials, skip and booking building control visits. On site within a week of confirming the job and all works completed a few days later.

My tenants informed me that water was overflowing from the guttering. I contacted Woodtecq, as they’ve done work for me before, and within a few days they had taken ladders so they could find out the issue. All that was needed was to clear some debris from the guttering. Thank you for being so helpful on such a small job. Very much appreciated by me and my tenants.

Woodtecq have done a perfect job replacing our side gate and we’re super impressed with the end result. Our front porch had dropped slightly causing the windows and door to become very stiff and nearly unusable, the team dug out the concrete floor inside, then relaid it, added damp proof, then a wooden float floor, and a vinyl covering, fairly quoted and no hidden extras Very quick and efficient, the team were polite and answered questions Would definitely recommend, will Use again

I recently used Woodtecq for a full renovation on an investment property. We have also used them previously at our home where we had steels installed at the back of the house. As was the case the first time we used this company, the work carried out on my investment property was completed quickly and efficiently. the quote was clear and concise (no hidden costs) which personally I find a breath of fresh air. Tristan is a great communicator and is always so organised and cares about his work. 5* builders and I can't recommend them enough
