Roof repair/replacement
Our roof required extensive repairs and some replacement. The house is grade 2 listed, and Woodward & White liaised with the Heritage people, and were able to negotiate with them to be able to provide a quality roof that was acceptable to everyone involved. They maintained effective communication and were very helpful throughout the process. We would highly recommend this company - especially for work on listed properties.

Renewal of roof on a grade 2 listed home
Harrison recently refurbished the roof on a Grade II listed home, tackling 400-year-old timbers, planning permissions, and heritage regulations with professionalism and care. His communication was outstanding, keeping us updated via WhatsApp with videos, photos, and clear explanations. Despite the complexity, he managed timescales well, promptly informing us of any changes and meeting revised deadlines. The finished roof beautifully preserves the building’s history while ensuring functionality. Harrison’s expertise and attention to detail make him highly recommended for any heritage renovation

Interior fit out of kitchen cloakroom and master bedroom with en-suite.
Great service all round with fantastic standard of finish. Mr Woodward provided a personal tailor made service, having the patience of a saint with regards to agreeing particular interior finishes, which I changed frequently (I am exceptionally fussy). Speaking on past experience where other specialist contractors were less than favourable, Woodward & White delivered an unparalleled and professional job from inception to completion and on budget

Partition Walls

Participant wall, fencing & tiling
Harrison and his team were great, they managed to completely clear my back garden and level it out. Put new fencing in which is now straight and stable and also filled out any holes that had appeared in my floor as the participant wall had been removed by the previous home owner.
