First class service from initial phone call on Saturday morning to final fix Monday morning. Lee was accommodating, polite, respectful and friendly. He attended my very elderly mum's home to repair a signal outage and identified a TV box she had, had burnt out and also was not required. Repaired and restored the TV to working order, upgraded and reset the programs for her - a excellent tidy job. My mum, who's 90, said what a lovely chap. Lee called me once the job was completed to advise me what the fault was, what he had done and advised all working well. Ty you for a first class service

Absolutely first class service. I had signal issues and Lee diagnosed the possible issues. I now have a perfect signal and all channels working. I also have a better quality picture which is great. Nothing too much trouble - Everything explained clearly and tested. Highly recommend.

Lee was brilliant. He was able to visit the same day to fix an aerial that didn't work. He helped setup my tv in my new property and after explaining to him that sky had let me down he agreed to fit a satellite dish at short notice. He explained everything that had gone wrong previously and how he would rectify it. The costs we explained and reasonable. I paid on satisfactory completion of the work and would have no hesitation in recommending him.
