We have an emergency where are euro cylinder lock completely seized up where we couldn't get in or out of the house he came he sorted it got the door working again. life back to normal couldn't be more pleased with the service we'll definitely use him again and will recommend him our friends and family

A very pleasant man who talked me through the problem and what he could do A very reasonable quote Did the job efficiently and quickly but he wasn’t totally happy with the end result so he explained what he wanted to do , left , fetched extra materials and came back to finish off to his standard .. all within the original quote We are very happy with the result and will definitely use him again if we need locksmith services

Ali did a top joc called me to ask about the problem. Went to assess the work have me a quote and after agreeing the work it was all done an hour later. Sent me photos of the work as I'm away and even vacuumed the wood chips up. Did a fine replacement I don't even need to paint it. Top job from a top man.

Having posted my job on the afternoon of 11 August, Ali and Ruby arrived at the allotted time this morning (12 August). The work involved removing the window unit, replacing the mechanism which had broken and also the rails and a new handle were fitted. This was more work than originally anticipated but the original quote given was adhered to and I considered this to be a very fair price for the work involved. Ali and Ruby worked well as a team together, and left everything clean and tidy and in good working order.

They made quick contact, arrived on time and completed work to a high standard and within the price quoted.
