Having posted my job on the afternoon of 11 August, Ali and Ruby arrived at the allotted time this morning (12 August). The work involved removing the window unit, replacing the mechanism which had broken and also the rails and a new handle were fitted. This was more work than originally anticipated but the original quote given was adhered to and I considered this to be a very fair price for the work involved. Ali and Ruby worked well as a team together, and left everything clean and tidy and in good working order.

They made quick contact, arrived on time and completed work to a high standard and within the price quoted.

Ali was very prompt and polite in responding to my advert and was very clear about pricing. He turned up the next day on time and did the job quickly and efficiently. I would certainly use him again.

The guy was very punctual and got the job done quickly. No fuss and even looked at our front door for us with no extra cost. Really friendly.

Worcester Locksmith Services responded immediately & came out to repair the lock on the front door at my parent's house late at night. He needed to return the following day to complete the work. While there, he was asked to look at the back door lock, which was causing issues, which he also dealt with.
