Had a very positive experience with this company. The work was completed very efficiently and I felt reassured by the checks we had done on our fridge and hard to reach light fittings.

I had a problem with my boiler which several contractors advised was obsolete. Work Solutions sent Darren and he diagnosed the problem as probably the element. I obtained the parts and Darren returned to fit the new parts and I now have a fully working boiler. Throughout I was kept updated about the job and I am very pleased with the work that was done. Whereas other contractors probably didn't want to do the job WSE embraced the work and carried it out efficiently. I will keep their contact details and if I have any other electrical problems I will engage them again.

They was very helpful but they couldn’t install the fans as they was TikTok ones that they didn’t have a fitting for and also our council flat the housing would of needed to change which would of been a bigger job

Had to do some corrective action as some issues were found in the areas never touched after last EICR check 7 years back. Electrician was good to work with. Had a bit of communication issues with back office. Overall happy with the services received

Received a call asking for details, the company were very accommodating for when I was available. Engineer arrived on time, was polite, job was carried out quickly and professionally. Would recommend.
