    Excellent communication, came out on the same day within 2 hours. Plug socket replaced. The electricians were very professional, friendly and provided good advice. Would definitely recommend.

    W-s-M firm doing a fantastic job in Bristol!

    The engineer, Matt, replaced the parts requested in the electric boiler and also identified the problem with the nearby electrics that was actually causing the main issue with it. He had to get additional replacement components, which he did very quickly that morning, instead of saying that he'd need to come back another time. Job was booked in nice and early so still had most of the day free, and Matt arrived on schedule. Thorough work, keeping me informed all the way through the long job and everything working and tidy afterwards. Brilliant.
