    Chimney repair to stop leak

    Michael arrived to quote at the time agreed. He provided a rough estimate on site and then confirmed the figure with a written quotation. He arrived at the time stated to complete the works. The quality of workmanship appears to be very high. He has been polite and friendly throughout the whole process and has made it very easy. Highly recommended. Our property has been left in a clean and tidy manner.

    I thought we had a leaking roof but it turns out that water was getting through the wall pointing

    I thought we had a leaking roof but it turns out that water was getting through the pointing in the wall. Michael was very honest and offered to fill in some of the holes for a very reasonable price and said he would deduct what he charged if any additional work was required. The wall needs completely repointing but he's done a great job patching it up in the short term and the leak has stopped. Many thanks Michael.

    Broken tiles and rotten timber roof batten replaced

    I'm very pleased with the roof repairs done by the WRR. Michael is a very experienced and knowledgeable workman who can be fully trusted. He discussed the issues with me over the phone, came to inspect the roof in person and quoted a very reasonable amount for the job which he then did at his next visit. I was kept informed and reassured throughout. Thank you very much!

    Diagnosis and repair of leak

    Michael quickly diagnosed the problem with some water that was coming into our property from the roof. After another company estimated the repair would cost 2.5k… Michael was the second opinion and he managed to fix it within ten minutes for an incredibly reasonable price. I’m saving his number for future reference since he was great!

    Replace section of felt and battens across front of house.

    Very happy with the work Michael carried out. He seems very knowledgeable and was helpful and amenable. Work completed and site left clean and tidy. Reasonably priced , friendly but still professional. Would call him again if I need a roofer.
