If all tradesmen could be like Sami, the world would be a better place! Sami kept me up-to-date with all works needed, and was so efficient with arranging parts at the best price. He informed me of a grant I wasn't aware of, and he went above and beyond to chase it up on my behalf so that I didn't miss out on anything. Sami was on time, so knowledgeable and a genuinely lovely person to work with. 5* service, product knowledge, efficiency, tidiness, friendless and all-round wonderful experience! Boiler leak and wouldn’t come on
Our boiler was leaking for some time but was working fine. One morning just before work I realised it wasn’t working and called 2-3 people 2 of which let me down. I thought I’d try checkatrade and found Sami. When I called he was very polite and professional. He arrived early .! Put dust sheets down and was very neat and tidy. He sorted the boiler and the bill was very reasonable. I wouldn’t use anyone else now he is fantastic. Fixing pellet burner on two occasions
Sami has been brilliant fixing our pellet burner. He has fit us in at short notice so we’re not left in a cold house. I feel like he’s been very honest, charged reasonably and is very trustworthy.
