Really impressed from the outset. Despite being busy, they reworked the diary to fit me in. The engineer was friendly, helpful and fixed the problem in good time. Even though he didn't have to, he even ran me through how to use the heating system, as I had just moved in and wasn't completely aware of how it worked in full. Would definitely use again, great service from first contact and reasonably priced as well.
