Agreed a fixed price then ripped off the roof and changed the price demanding more money or threatened to leave us without a roof. Everyday demanded full payment before any works were completed using threatening behaviour. No safety measures taken. Threw roof tiles from the roof into their truck, no skip was used to remove rubbish instead left on the premises. Did not clear up the rubbish even after requested numerous times. This caused me to trip and fall and sustain soft tissue damage. Completion was agreed at two weeks. It's been three weeks now and they are not returning to work.

Great customer service friendly workers with a good work ethic! Work was started on the date agreed and completed in a timely manner to a high quality and at a great price! 10/10 will definitely use again for any future needs!

Staff was amazing and work completed was to a high standard, had some changes I requested mid through and it was accommodated with ease.
