Gas boiler failed, Rob was round next day to help and put a temporary fix in for hot water whilst we waited for parts. Rob is very polite and professional, work was done as quickly as possible and came round in evenings when I was at work during day. Would definitely recommend services from this company and will be using them going forwards for any work for the house.

I called Rob because our shower wasn't coming on and he was recommended by a local site I'm a member of on Facebook. He came the following day and spent nearly an hour looking over the system and thinking about the possible cause. He suggested the most likely problem and came back 3 days later to fit the relevant parts. He was quick, reliable and tidy. The shower is now working and seems to be fine. It may be that more work is needed on what is a very old set-up of our heating system but I am happy that the work done was necessary, even if more turns out to be needed. 100% recommend.

I was somewhat hesitant about using an independent professional to carry out the work I required, thinking that for quality and piece of mind I would have to use a large company to fix my heating system. How wrong I was!! Both Gary and Rob are consummate professionals who not only undertake their work with a high degree of professionalism, but are clear and honest about the work required and any costs. They take no risks with the work they undertake, no corners are cut, and their work is completed to a high standard which has left me a hugely satisfied customer. ..I definitely recommend...

Rob responded really quickly when I got in touch and booked the service in for me without any delays. He was very helpful in pointing out that we needed a carbon monoxide monitor which he also promptly sorted out for us. We will certainly use WS Plumbing and Heating again and would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone else.
