Early morning I found the joint was leaking and had flooded the bathroom floor. I rang Westwood and received a text with the emergency call out charge and someone would arrive within an hour, which I agreed. Mike came and took time to assess the situation. He said what the problem was and immediately got on with the task and thankfully fixed it in no time. Thank you Mike for your kindness, friendliness and manner. I felt at ease having a stranger in my flat in the middle of the night!! Definately recommend Westwood will use them again

Mike was prompt for our meeting. He carried out the investigation of a broken pipe with a CCTV. His approach was professional and informative. The problem was identified. At the moment I'm not in a position to proceed with the repair but I will certainly use Mike in the future.
