Comparing this boiler service with previous 15 years. Stephens did not leave a service record. We have always been given a written record with work itemised. He said he did not provide written records (except in boiler log book which we do not have). Filter was not cleaned. Always been done before. He claimed that a special key was needed to remove filter and he did not have the required tool. No-one has ever said this before! Offered to come back for a further visit to check filter. Very suspicious! I will certainly not use this service again and would not recommend this company.

Chris Stephens recently installed a Worcester Bosch boiler at my property. A job which entailed relocating the boiler, re-routing all pipework from loft to a bedroom, removing old boiler, pipework, etc. Chris is a Perfectionist - works to very high standards! His installation work is impeccable - all new pipework is neatly aligned done skillfully with care, looks meticulous - a real masterpiece! I'm very happy with his choice of Worcester Bosch boiler & all accessories as all work great + are user friendly. W. Stephens & Sons Installations Ltd are the Best & highly recommended!

I have called on Chris since his father installed my boiler in 2010. He is fantastic with fitting boilers and radiators, calm and patient, nothing has ever broken down so the company is complete value for money

Work was completed over 4-5 days in Sep/Oct 2023 removing the old unit and replacing with an upgraded shower enclosure electric shower and fan Chris Stephens work was excellent and I highly recommend his services Phillip

Bath removed to make way for a Walk in Shower Unit. Lots of pipe reworking and tiling. Totally professional job carried out by one person. No mess and tidied up as he went along. Very impressed. Would highly recommend.
