I booked Wilbern to do a gas safety check and he was very efficient in responding and was able to accommodate to our schedule. He arrived within the scheduled time, completed the check with professionalism and supplied all of the correct paperwork without any hassle. Due to the age of the gas meter the parts could not be found, (and they tried to find them), so job could not be completed, but got great advice to take problem to British gas and advised what to say. Did so, and British gas have agreed to replace old gas meter.
