Exceeded our Expectations Once in a while you find an exceptional company. WTG Design was definitely one of the best companies we have ever used. They helped us with the design our of bathroom refrurbishment. Making useful suggestioins which made the whole process very easy. We were asigned a lovely man called Chris to carry out the installation who was a joy to work with . We were delighted with work and have no hestitation in recommending this company. Terrible comms - took weeks to finally get them to agree when they would do the work. While they were doing the work actually had no issues until they broke the sink they were replacing… After saying they would sort, they ignored me. Leaving me with my old sink damaged, tiling work unfinished, wrong paint on my walls and the broken new sink - despite me paying for work up to this point. After 3 weeks of chasing, only threatening a complaint via checkatrade got a response, but they wanted me to pay for the sink they broke. Open claim ongoing - would not recommend.

Friendly, discussed any issues and advised appropriately. Extremely reliable. After a bad prior experience this experience was A+.

Haydon was brilliant, he responded immediately on posting the job of an evening and was able to attend the next day... He assessed the job quickly, had the equipment with him to replace the valve which was also completely quickly. Really happy with the service and wouls definitely use again.

Haydon responded quickly to my request and talked through options and recommendations. I am very happy with the service I have received and I would use this company again.

Very professional job done could of just fixed leak but Hayden decided to replace a bigger chunk of pipework to prevent future leaks excellent work
