    What an absolutely genuine guy. He unfortunately could not attend, due to a legitimate reason, but he diagnosed the issue over the phone, even providing information that I had not given, but was all correct. He then explained that it's an easy fix and gave step by step instructions on how I can repair it. Including what products I need to purchase. On the back of this, I will definitely be contacting him again for future work and would be happy to recommend him to friends and family.

    I rang Phil about a blocked sink, he came out the next day and also fitted a new pop-up plug that I'd been meaning to get done for a while. Water is now draining properly, he cleared away all the limescale and old silicone to fit the new plug leaving it looking like new and there are no leaks.

    The standard of the work was of the highest. The broken tap was replaced by a better unit and the waste system was greatly improved. No problem was beyond his ability to resolve. This was the third job done for me by this firm and was to the same high standard of the previous two.
