Phil was very helpful and professional. He explained clearly and in detail what needed to be done and the cost. There is no call out fee. He came to do the work within a day or two of speaking on the phone. He was friendly and courteous and got on with the work promptly explaining what he was doing as he went along. There were no hidden or unexpected charges and he cleaned everything up before leaving. I was so impressed with the work he'd done on replacing the waste pipe on the bathroom sink that I had Phil back to fit new taps in my kitchen. I would highly recommend.

We had quite a difficult leak and tap repair after a leak had been going on for some time, that needed a complete refit. Within 3 days, all parts were brought and included in final price and everything repaired. Price was more than fair, and Phil was upfront about his quote and stuck to it after seeing the work needed. We couldn't be more thankful.
