  Replacing a large cloakroom sink with a smaller sink

  I wanted to replace a large cloakroom sink with a smaller one. I got in touch with the office who responded quickly and were very helpful in arranging an appointment. The plumbers that installed the new sink were extremely professional, curteous and explained everything clearly. Although the job a bit more complicated than expected due to the poor quality of the previous works undertaken by different company, the sink was installed to a high standard and the area was left clean and tidy as promised. They come highly recommended and would definitely use them again.

  Boiler service

  Will and his team at W.T plumbing and heating are fantastic. I first used their services in 2024 and was very impressed with how professional and friendly they were. I had a boiler service and Will did a great job, very efficient, reassuring us that things were running well and leaving everything clean and tidy once finished. While he was here we asked advice on capping the gas fire so we could remove it, which he provided and we received a quote for that job later the same day. We went ahead and again Will did a great job. Boiler service 2025 just as efficient. Great team, highly recommended

  Had a leak from my immersion heater

  Had a leak from my immersion heater, engineer came out saw what was wrong, repaired leak on filter and all was ok, very polite company that kept us informed, would use them again

  Fitting new gas boiler and a radiator

  Neil arrived on time and was efficient and tidy in removing the old boiler and radiator and then installing the new ones. Once fitted the system was checked to make sure all radiators and hot water was working OK. He them hoovered all areas. Before leaving he went through how the boiler worked to make sure we were happy with this and the whole installation. The price was cheaper than some other companies so overall was very happy with the work they provided.

  Swift, efficient and professional.

  Super professional! Thank goodness for a company who do what they say they are going to do, when the promise to do it. We have already booked in for more work later in the year. Super job and great to see them training the next generation too.
