  Boiler installation

  We recently had a new boiler installed. The engineer turned up promptly at 8 a.m and was very corteous. He explained exactly what he would be doing, and carried out the works to a high standard. He worked throughout the day and left everything tidy upon completion. A job well done. Very impressed!!

  Boiler had L2 fault - this was quickly fixed 😬

  Condensate trap in boiler was blocked - engineer quickly cleared it ! I always use WT plumbing - they’re very reliable 😬

  Great Service.

  I’ve used this company a couple of times now, and every experience has been excellent. The service is always professional, and the work is carried out with real care. Leanne in the office is especially lovely, her friendly reminders about annual checks make everything so much easier to keep on top of. I highly recommend this company. This review is long overdue, but the appreciation is very much deserved.

  After carbon monoxide went off!

  A carbon monoxide alarm went off while using a gas cooker on Saturday the 17th January. I had an emergency service SGN, but was told to be checked fully by a registered engineer. The moment I spoke to the above company on the phone on Monday the 19th, I had a good impression. An engineer came the following day; The engineer was a very friendly, kind person, and he answered my questions politely. I really appreciate their professionalism, and thank you so much for your great work. I would happily recommend the company!!

  Annual inspection

  WT Plumbing and Heating were easily contactable, and had strong communication skills. They proactively communicated availability and sent a knowledgeable and friendly engineer. The inspection was carried out effectively and efficiently, paperwork was provided within 24 hours and the invoice was shared promptly, with all the correct details. I am very happy with the service I received!
