Exceptional work *****
I contacted John for a quote to repair a leaking roof which had previously supposedly been repaired by another roofer. He replied and came to assess promptly. He was appalled at the substandard quality of work and gave me a reasonable quote for remedial work. He went above and beyond and the work carried out was of an exemplary standard and completed within his timeframe. He was efficient and friendly and was extremely helpful with advice as to what steps I could take to recoup the money I'd paid to the previous roofer.
