Full service of Laptop PC
The work was done remotely and took 1.5 hours. Great service, quality and value for money. The engagement with the customer was first class. Time was taken to explain each step and the outcomes. Which would be delivered. Very confident and trusting in the service offered.

Set up new lap top and resolve printer issues
Giles was recommended to me and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone else. He provided advice before I purchased my new lap top. He then set up the new lap top and transferred everything from my old lap top. He resolved my previous printing issues. He explained everything really well and answered all my questions. He is extremely courteous and professional and I am very glad to now have someone I can contact with any technology issues. I can highly recommend Giles.

Sorting out problems with computer
Giles was prompt and very efficient at his work....possibly saving my sanity due to some complications with various problems on the Computer. He showed great expertise and although it might sound boring well deserved of his 100% from all his clients
