Bathroom renovation
Where can I begin ..... well, I'd used Dave's services before 6 years ago when he spruced up my kitchen so it was only natural to ask him to do my bathroom. He ripped my old bathroom out, working so incredibly hard (and on his own) and replaced it with a stunning new showeroom - the kind that you see in high end brochures :-). All along he kept me informed, consulted me if he had any questions and was so kind and patient - I'm 100% happy with the result and will definitely use his services again.

Bathroom fitting
Wychwood Property Services did a great job. It was ripping everything out, back to brick and starting again. We are very pleased. So much in fact we have asked David to renovate our second bathroom.

Glass tiles
Wished to tile and an area around of kitchen counter using glass tiles. Got a lot of “too difficult”, “they’ll crack”, “can’t guarantee a quality result” etc - HOWEVER - WPS (Dave) turned up and did a cracking job! Nice bloke who clearly takes a lot of pride in what he did. Very happy with end result and would recommend without reservation.

Kitchen fitting
From start to finish the ‘can-do’, ‘nothing is a problem’ attitude made the whole project an outstanding success. The quality of workmanship was first class in every respect and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending WPS to anyone. As a measure of confidence I will be using WPS for other projects in the near future .

Wychwood Property Services: Planned, sourced and quoted for complete bathroom renovation; executed faultlessly on time and within budget; a clean, workmanlike approach with minimum fuss and disruption; work involved removal all existing appliances and materials; installing all new tiling, plumbing, flooring, electrics, vanity unit, toilet, walk-in shower and towel rail / radiator on electronic timer; painting and completion. Wychwood is highly recommended as a reliable excellent professional service.
