The engineer arrived at the appointed time, established what needed to be done, gave me an estimate, and completed the work entirely to my satisfaction.

Poor work, fully functioning boiler broke down straight after he serviced it. Left him to work on his own. Bad choice, my security camera captured him leaving the house with things wrapped, he came in, did some work then calls me to show me all sorts of problems and tries to tell me that they may break and he can supply parts. Paid him £90 but unbeknown to me boiler never worked. Called him back to fix and he says straight up it's the electrode over the phone. Comes and charges me an extra £50. Paid £25 after haggling as I could see it for less online, no receipt for both. Boiler broken again.

He fixed the problem in a reasonable time. Very reliable and a great standard of work.

Work was satisfactory.
